By completing the purchase process the Licensee confirms that he accepts the legal terms of this License agreement. Be aware that Cartoons.co offers different types of Licenses. The License selected at the time of purchase determines the Licensee’s use of the Licensed Asset. Below are listed the terms and conditions which apply to the selected License 

1. Parties to the License Agreement and Number of Users

This License Agreement is an agreement between:

“Licensee” is the individual person making the purchase

and

2 Create Labs Ltd (“Cartoons.co”) is the licensor.

The Personal License is an individual license for non-commercial use in personal projects. This Licensed Asset may be used only by the person who purchased it and who is the legal Licensee. 

2. Asset Storage

The permitted asset storage of the Licensed Asset includes a) personal server, controlled by the Licensee, b) private cloud storage service or web-based design service account controlled by the Licensee.

3. Non-commercial (Personal) Use Only;

This License Agreement permits only Non-commercial use of the Licensed Asset, this means that the Licensed Asset can be used for solely personal purposes. Commercial Use under this License is strictly prohibited. 

4. Permitted Uses

The Licensed Asset can only be used in one non-commercial project as expressly permitted below:

End Products for Non-Commercial Use

• Physical Products for Non-Commercial Use such as, but not limited to, clothing, cards, invitations, stickers, mugs, stamps, candles, posters, signs, home decor, etc.
• Product Packaging for Non-Commercial Use such as, but not limited to, labels, stickers, containers, etc.
• Digital Products for Non-Commercial Use such as static designs or static website elements.
• Digital or Print Publication for Non-Commercial Use such as cards, invitations, photo albums, scrapbooks, e-books, or e-publications.

Personal Social Media for Non-Commercial Use

• Personal Social Media for Non-Commercial Use: One personal or individual social media account (not on a company or business social media page).

Streaming of Motion Picture and Audiovisual Content

Streaming via the internet only of motion picture and audiovisual works, excluding advertisements, is permitted for Non-commercial use only. There is no limit on lifetime viewers for Non-commercial use.

5. Prohibited Uses Under Personal License

End Products

• All End Products for Commercial use are prohibited.
• Projects like web design templates, print-on-demand, made-to-order, download-on-demand, or image-generating apps for Commercial Use or Non-Commercial Use are prohibited. 

Social Media, Marketing, and Advertisements

• Company Social Media is prohibited.
• Paid Physical Advertisements are prohibited.
• Paid Digital Advertisements are prohibited.

Digital Development

Website Development, Mobile App Development, Desktop Application Development, and Video Game Development are prohibited.

Trademark and Copyright

• Trademark: Licensed Asset may not be used as part of a trademark, service mark, design mark, or trade name.
• Copyright: Licensee may not claim the Licensed Asset (or a modification thereof) as its own copyrighted work.

6. Strictly Prohibited Uses

• Modifying the Licensed Asset’s source file, resale or sub-licensing is strictly prohibited. 
• Modifying the Licensed Asset in a way to compete with the original Asset is strictly forbidden. 
• Sharing the Licensed Asset or making it available for the general public for download is strictly forbidden. 
• Any use of the Licensed Asset in illegal, fraudulent, immoral, infringing, pornographic or offensive material, is strictly forbidden.
• Any use of the Licensed Asset in products and services which contain information that you are not allowed to share publicly or content that you know is incorrect and thus misleading, is strictly prohibited.
• Any use of the Licensed Asset in a way that creates a risk of loss or damage to any person, is strictly prohibited.
• It is strictly prohibited to present yourself as the rightful owner or author of the Licensed Asset.

Commercial License

1. Parties to the License Agreement and Number of Users

This License Agreement is an agreement between

“Licensee” is the company or individual person making the purchase

and

2 Create Labs Ltd (“Cartoons.co”) is the licensor.

If you are purchasing this License on behalf of your employer, you guarantee that you have the authority to bind your employer to the terms of this License Agreement. In this case, the Licensee is your employer and you’re allowed to use the Licensed Asset on his behalf.  

Only one employee is allowed to access and work with the Licensed Asset. Under the Commercial License, it is not allowed to share the Licensed Asset with the rest of the team. This is allowed only under the Ultimate License.

2. Asset Storage

The permitted asset storage of the Licensed Asset includes a) server, controlled by the Licensee, b) cloud storage service, or web-based design service account controlled by the Licensee.

3. Commercial and Non-commercial Use

Commercial use is any business activity that involves payment for services or products delivered, the promotion of products and services, or any other type of financial gain, whether intended or indirect.

The Licensee may also use the Licensed Asset in non-commercial or personal projects.

4. Permitted Uses

The Licensed Asset can only be used in 1 commercial or non-commercial project as expressly permitted below:

Physical Product for Commercial or Non-Commercial use such as t-shirts, mugs, stickers, stamps, posters, product packaging, etc.

Digital or Print Publication for Commercial or Non-Commercial Use such as cards, invitations, photo albums, scrapbooks, e-books, or e-publications.

Unlimited Physical Advertisements for local markets

One Native App, epub project, web app, or game downloaded or sold up to 25,000 times

One Business Social Media Account owned and managed by the licensee.

Digital Paid Advertisements with up to 500,000 impressions

Broadcast and Streaming over the internet for up to 500,000-lifetime viewers

5. Prohibited Uses Under Commercial License

End Products

Projects like web design templates, print-on-demand, made-to-order, download-on-demand, or image-generating apps for Commercial Use or Non-Commercial Use are prohibited. 

Trademark and Copyright

• Trademark: Licensed Asset may not be used as part of a trademark, service mark, design mark, or trade name.
• Copyright: Licensee may not claim the Licensed Asset (or a modification thereof) as its own copyrighted work.

The License selected at the time of purchase determines the Licensee’s use of the Licensed Asset. Below are listed the terms and conditions which apply to the selected License 

1. Parties to the License Agreement and Number of Users

This License Agreement is an agreement between:

“Licensee” is the company or individual person making the purchase

and

2 Create Labs Ltd (“Cartoons.co”) is the licensor.

If you are purchasing this License on behalf of your employer, you guarantee that you have the authority to bind your employer to the terms of this License Agreement. In this case the Licensee is your employer and you and your colleagues are allowed to use the Licensed Asset on his behalf.  

Under the Ultimate License, it is allowed to share the Licensed Asset with the rest of your colleagues/team.

The permitted asset storage of the Licensed Asset includes a) server, controlled by the Licensee, b) cloud storage service or web-based design service account controlled by the Licensee.

3. Commercial and Non-commercial Use

Unlimited Native Apps, epub projects, web apps, or computer and mobile games.

One Business Social Media Account owned and managed by the licensee.

Digital Paid Advertisements with unlimited impressions

Broadcast and Streaming over the internet with unlimited lifetime viewers

End Products

Projects like web design templates, print-on-demand, made-to-order, download-on-demand, or image-generating apps for Commercial Use or Non-Commercial Use are prohibited.
